After you arrive at the Japanese airport, please proceed through immigration and collect your luggage. A WISATAJEPANG driver will be waiting near the exit holding a sign that reads “WISATA JEPANG.” Subsequently, we will transport you to your hotel for check-in.

On Day 2, we will take you to visit Tokyo Disney Resort, which includes two incredible theme parks: Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.

Tokyo Disneyland features several attractions, including World Bazaar, Adventureland, Westernland, Tomorrowland, Fantasyland, Critter Country, and Mickey’s Toontown.

You Should book these flight yourself. We recommended flights that arrive around / after noon, as you can only check in to your hotel starting 15:00. If your Flight arrive in the morning, we can arrange half day tour with an additional charge of JPY 50,000 per group

WISATAJEPANG is specialist organize private tour in Japan that can arrange land tour during in Japan. We don't provide travel insurance. We recommend that all guest obtain comprehensive travel insurance from a reputable company.

As each individual or couple has unique requirements, we cannot make specific recommendations for insurance companies.

CANCELATION FEE
1. More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total price.
2. More than 20 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
3. Less than 10 days before departure: 100% of the total price.

ABOUT VISA
1. The Japanese Embassy has full authority to determine the approval or rejection of visa applications. WISATAJEPANG does not have the ability to influence this decision.
2. The Embassy of Japan may request additional documents for visa applications, and the submission of documents does not guarantee visa approval.
3. WISATAJEPANG cannot be held responsible if participants are denied entry or deported by Japanese Immigration, even if they possess a valid visa and appropriate documentation. The final decision regarding entry into Japan lies solely with Immigration authorities and cannot be contested.
4. In the event that a participant is deported from Japan or unable to enter despite holding a valid visa and having fully paid for the Japan tour packages provided by WISATAJEPANG, the payment made cannot be refunded.
5. Visa fees must still be paid, regardless of whether the visa application is approved or rejected by the respective embassy.
6. If an application is rejected after flight tickets and hotel vouchers have been issued prior to visa approval, cancellation fees for the flight tickets and hotel reservations will apply according to the policies of the airline and hotel.
7. If a participant has committed or is found guilty of an offense in Japan leading to deportation and the subsequent inability to continue the tour, WISATAJEPANG will cooperate with the authorities and no refund will be provided for the amount already paid.

Good evening,

My family and I are very pleased with our experience. There were several highly recommended places, all of which were wonderful.

The driver, Akira-san, and especially Mr. Kim, were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Even though we couldn’t speak Japanese, they were very caring. To our surprise, Mr. Kim could speak Korean, which I can as well, so communication was seamless.

The driver provided many recommendations, even when the weather was unpredictable. We had so much fun throughout this trip. There was a particularly bad snowstorm on our way to Noboribetsu, but it turned into an unforgettable memory.

Thank you for the excellent preparation and for responding quickly to questions, such as regarding luggage arrangements.

In the future, if we explore another area of Japan, we will definitely come back.

Good evening,

My family and I are very pleased with our experience. There were several highly recommended places, all of which were wonderful.

The driver, Akira-san, and especially Mr. Kim, were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Even though we couldn’t speak Japanese, they were very caring. To our surprise, Mr. Kim could speak Korean, which I can as well, so communication was seamless.

The driver provided many recommendations, even when the weather was unpredictable. We had so much fun throughout this trip. There was a particularly bad snowstorm on our way to Noboribetsu, but it turned into an unforgettable memory.

Thank you for the excellent preparation and for responding quickly to questions, such as regarding luggage arrangements.

Good evening,

My family and I are very pleased with our experience. There were several highly recommended places, all of which were wonderful.

The driver, Akira-san, and especially Mr. Kim, were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Even though we couldn’t speak Japanese, they were very caring. To our surprise, Mr. Kim could speak Korean, which I can as well, so communication was seamless.

The driver provided many recommendations, even when the weather was unpredictable. We had so much fun throughout this trip. There was a particularly bad snowstorm on our way to Noboribetsu, but it turned into an unforgettable memory.

Thank you for the excellent preparation and for responding quickly to questions, such as regarding luggage arrangements.

My family and I are very pleased with our experience. There were several highly recommended places, all of which were wonderful.

The driver, Akira-san, and especially Mr. Kim, were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Even though we couldn’t speak Japanese, they were very caring. To our surprise, Mr. Kim could speak Korean, which I can as well, so communication was seamless.

The driver provided many recommendations, even when the weather was unpredictable. We had so much fun throughout this trip. There was a particularly bad snowstorm on our way to Noboribetsu, but it turned into an unforgettable memory.

Thank you for the excellent preparation and for responding quickly to questions, such as regarding luggage arrangements.

This Tour Doesn't cover International Flights.
You Should book these flight yourself. We recommended flights that arrive around / after noon, as you can only check in to your hotel starting 15:00. If your Flight arrive in the morning, we can arrange half day tour with an additional charge of JPY 50,000 per group

CANCELATION FEE
1. More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total price.
2. More than 20 days before departure: 50% of the total price.

1. The Japanese Embassy has full authority to determine the approval or rejection of visa applications. WISATAJEPANG does not have the ability to influence this decision.

3. WISATAJEPANG cannot be held responsible if participants are denied entry or deported by Japanese Immigration, even if they possess a valid visa and appropriate documentation. The final decision regarding entry into Japan lies solely with Immigration authorities and cannot be contested.
4. In the event that a participant is deported from Japan or unable to enter despite holding a valid visa and having fully paid for the Japan tour packages provided by WISATAJEPANG, the payment made cannot be refunded.
5. Visa fees must still be paid, regardless of whether the visa application is approved or rejected by the respective embassy.
6. If an application is rejected after flight tickets and hotel vouchers have been issued prior to visa approval, cancellation fees for the flight tickets and hotel reservations will apply according to the policies of the airline and hotel.
7. If a participant has committed or is found guilty of an offense in Japan leading to deportation and the subsequent inability to continue the tour, WISATAJEPANG will cooperate with the authorities and no refund will be provided for the amount already paid.

4. Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrival in Tokyo NRT/ HND

In the morning, you are scheduled to arrive at Narita or Haneda Airport.

The Japan Private Car Tour team is ready to pick you and your family up at the airport arrival gate.

Tokyo Skytree Before checking in at the hotel, we will take you to visit the East Garden of the Tokyo Imperial Palace, which is the residence of the Japanese imperial family in Tokyo.

At the East Garden of the Tokyo Imperial Palace, you can enjoy lush greenery, see the impressive palace walls, and cross the beautiful Nijubashi Bridge.

Then, we will take you for lunch at the Tenpayaki Wagyu Beef restaurant in Tokyo, so you can savor the deliciousness of Wagyu beef, a specialty of Japan.

After lunch, our private car team will assist you in reaching the hotel for check-in and rest.

Day 2 | Fuji Day Trip

You can have breakfast while waiting for our team to arrive at the hotel lobby.

The journey by private car will take about 2.5 hours from Tokyo to Kawaguchiko, the area of Mount Fuji.

Our first destination is Arakura Sengen Shrine, where you can see the beauty of Mount Fuji and the Chureito Pagoda in one frame.

To reach Arakura Sengen Shrine, you will need to climb about 400 steps, but when you reach the destination and see the Chureito Pagoda with Mount Fuji in the background, all your efforts will be rewarded.

From Arakura Sengen Shrine, we will continue the journey to our next destination, Iyashi No Sato.

Iyashi No Sato, also known as Little Shirakawago, is a traditional Japanese farming village located in Kawaguchiko, the Five Fuji Lake area.

At Iyashi No Sato, you can rent a kimono or samurai attire to take photos with Mount Fuji as the backdrop.

For lunch, you can try the delicious halal yakiniku at Iyashi No Sato Mise, which is located near the parking area for cars/buses.

You can also taste fresh grilled ayu fish or enjoy the sweetness of fresh strawberries at Iyashi No Sato.

For Muslim travelers, Iyashi No Sato also provides a place for worship.

From Iyashi No Sato, you will pass by the beauty of Lake Saiko, then enjoy the sunset view at Lake Kawaguchiko, and we will take you to a ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) near Lake Kawaguchiko.

Before returning to Tokyo, make a shopping stop at Gotemba Premium Outlet near Lake Kawaguchiko.

Good evening,

My family and I are very pleased with our experience. There were several highly recommended places, all of which were wonderful.

The driver, Akira-san, and especially Mr. Kim, were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Even though we couldn’t speak Japanese, they were very caring. To our surprise, Mr. Kim could speak Korean, which I can as well, so communication was seamless.

The driver provided many recommendations, even when the weather was unpredictable. We had so much fun throughout this trip. There was a particularly bad snowstorm on our way to Noboribetsu, but it turned into an unforgettable memory.

Thank you for the excellent preparation and for responding quickly to questions, such as regarding luggage arrangements.

You Should book these flight yourself. We recommended flights that arrive around / after noon, as you can only check in to your hotel starting 15:00. If your Flight arrive in the morning, we can arrange half day tour with an additional charge of JPY 50,000 per group

CANCELATION FEE
1. More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total price.
2. More than 20 days before departure: 50% of the total price.

6. If an application is rejected after flight tickets and hotel vouchers have been issued prior to visa approval, cancellation fees for the flight tickets and hotel reservations will apply according to the policies of the airline and hotel.
7. If a participant has committed or is found guilty of an offense in Japan leading to deportation and the subsequent inability to continue the tour, WISATAJEPANG will cooperate with the authorities and no refund will be provided for the amount already paid.
