4. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 | Arrival in Tokyo NRT/ HND
In the morning, you are scheduled to arrive at Narita or Haneda Airport.
The Japan Private Car Tour team is ready to pick you and your family up at the airport arrival gate.
Tokyo Skytree Before checking in at the hotel, we will take you to visit the East Garden of the Tokyo Imperial Palace, which is the residence of the Japanese imperial family in Tokyo.
At the East Garden of the Tokyo Imperial Palace, you can enjoy lush greenery, see the impressive palace walls, and cross the beautiful Nijubashi Bridge.
Then, we will take you for lunch at the Tenpayaki Wagyu Beef restaurant in Tokyo, so you can savor the deliciousness of Wagyu beef, a specialty of Japan.
After lunch, our private car team will assist you in reaching the hotel for check-in and rest.

Day 2 | Fuji Day Trip
You can have breakfast while waiting for our team to arrive at the hotel lobby.
Our private car team is already waiting in the hotel lobby to take you on a tour to Mount Fuji.
The journey by private car will take about 2.5 hours from Tokyo to Kawaguchiko, the area of Mount Fuji.
Our first destination is Arakura Sengen Shrine, where you can see the beauty of Mount Fuji and the Chureito Pagoda in one frame.
To reach Arakura Sengen Shrine, you will need to climb about 400 steps, but when you reach the destination and see the Chureito Pagoda with Mount Fuji in the background, all your efforts will be rewarded.
From Arakura Sengen Shrine, we will continue the journey to our next destination, Iyashi No Sato.
Iyashi No Sato, also known as Little Shirakawago, is a traditional Japanese farming village located in Kawaguchiko, the Five Fuji Lake area.
At Iyashi No Sato, you can rent a kimono or samurai attire to take photos with Mount Fuji as the backdrop.
For lunch, you can try the delicious halal yakiniku at Iyashi No Sato Mise, which is located near the parking area for cars/buses.
You can also taste fresh grilled ayu fish or enjoy the sweetness of fresh strawberries at Iyashi No Sato.
For Muslim travelers, Iyashi No Sato also provides a place for worship.
From Iyashi No Sato, you will pass by the beauty of Lake Saiko, then enjoy the sunset view at Lake Kawaguchiko, and we will take you to a ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) near Lake Kawaguchiko.
Before returning to Tokyo, make a shopping stop at Gotemba Premium Outlet near Lake Kawaguchiko.

After breakfast, our team will be ready at the hotel lobby to take you to Maihama Station.

Day 4 | Osaka City Tour
In the morning, please have breakfast before checking out of the hotel.
We will take you to Tokyo Station to board the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Osaka Station.
Upon arrival at Shin-Osaka Station, you can have lunch first, and then we will take you to visit Osaka Castle.
Osaka Castle is a historic castle associated with the rule of Shogun Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Oda Nobunaga.
Inside the Osaka Castle, you can explore its rich historical significance and learn about its storied past.
Additionally, within the castle grounds, there is a spacious area where you can try traditional Japanese food such as takoyaki.
After thoroughly exploring Osaka Castle, we will take you to check in at your hotel in Osaka so that you can rest.
In the evening, we will invite you to a shopping tour in the Shinsaibashi area.

The first destination on today’s itinerary is Sensoji Temple in Asakusa.
Sensoji Temple is a centuries-old temple located in the heart of Tokyo.
Starting from the iconic Kaminarimon Gate, you will encounter authentic Japanese structures that reflect the atmosphere of old Japan.
Next, you will stroll through Nakamise Street, where numerous street vendors sell a variety of souvenirs, snacks, and even offer kimono rentals.
After passing through Nakamise Street, you will arrive at Sensoji Temple itself.
After exploring Asakusa, we will take you to Harajuku, where you will find the bustling shopping area known as Takeshita Street.
Takeshita Street is lined with small shops selling Japanese skincare products, affordable fashion clothing, ¥100 souvenirs, snacks, and coffee shops for you to try.

My family and I are very pleased with our experience. There were several highly recommended places, all of which were wonderful.
The driver, Akira-san, and especially Mr. Kim, were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Even though we couldn’t speak Japanese, they were very caring. To our surprise, Mr. Kim could speak Korean, which I can as well, so communication was seamless.
The driver provided many recommendations, even when the weather was unpredictable. We had so much fun throughout this trip. There was a particularly bad snowstorm on our way to Noboribetsu, but it turned into an unforgettable memory.

This Tour Doesn't cover International Flights.
You Should book these flight yourself. We recommended flights that arrive around / after noon, as you can only check in to your hotel starting 15:00. If your Flight arrive in the morning, we can arrange half day tour with an additional charge of JPY 50,000 per group

Which means we can add or remove some parts in itinerary to make it fit your interest better.
Changes could be things like:

Do You Offer Airfare Sales?
WISATAJEPANG only offer tour arrangements in Japan. We don't handle airfare sales. However, we will provide recommendations on your plan tour in Japan. We suggest that you procure your air tickets from thrustworthy airline.
Do You Offer Travel Insurance?
WISATAJEPANG is specialist organize private tour in Japan that can arrange land tour during in Japan. We don't provide travel insurance. We recommend that all guest obtain comprehensive travel insurance from a reputable company.
As each individual or couple has unique requirements, we cannot make specific recommendations for insurance companies.
Term And Condition
CANCELATION FEE
1. More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total price.
2. More than 20 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
3. Less than 10 days before departure: 100% of the total price.
ABOUT VISA
1. The Japanese Embassy has full authority to determine the approval or rejection of visa applications. WISATAJEPANG does not have the ability to influence this decision.
2. The Embassy of Japan may request additional documents for visa applications, and the submission of documents does not guarantee visa approval.
3. WISATAJEPANG cannot be held responsible if participants are denied entry or deported by Japanese Immigration, even if they possess a valid visa and appropriate documentation. The final decision regarding entry into Japan lies solely with Immigration authorities and cannot be contested.
4. In the event that a participant is deported from Japan or unable to enter despite holding a valid visa and having fully paid for the Japan tour packages provided by WISATAJEPANG, the payment made cannot be refunded.
5. Visa fees must still be paid, regardless of whether the visa application is approved or rejected by the respective embassy.
6. If an application is rejected after flight tickets and hotel vouchers have been issued prior to visa approval, cancellation fees for the flight tickets and hotel reservations will apply according to the policies of the airline and hotel.
7. If a participant has committed or is found guilty of an offense in Japan leading to deportation and the subsequent inability to continue the tour, WISATAJEPANG will cooperate with the authorities and no refund will be provided for the amount already paid.
