Good evening,

My family and I are very pleased with our experience. There were several highly recommended places, all of which were wonderful.

The driver, Akira-san, and especially Mr. Kim, were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Even though we couldn’t speak Japanese, they were very caring. To our surprise, Mr. Kim could speak Korean, which I can as well, so communication was seamless.

The driver provided many recommendations, even when the weather was unpredictable. We had so much fun throughout this trip. There was a particularly bad snowstorm on our way to Noboribetsu, but it turned into an unforgettable memory.

Thank you for the excellent preparation and for responding quickly to questions, such as regarding luggage arrangements.

In the future, if we explore another area of Japan, we will definitely come back.

Thank you! 😊

After breakfast, you will leave Tokyo and embark on a journey to Kyoto aboard the world-famous Shinkansen (Bullet Train). Renowned for its speed, comfort, and remarkable punctuality, the Shinkansen offers a uniquely Japanese travel experience. As the train glides across the country, enjoy the changing scenery as the modern skyline of Tokyo gradually gives way to charming countryside landscapes and historic cities.

Upon arrival in Kyoto, you will immediately discover why this ancient city is considered the cultural heart of Japan. For centuries, Kyoto served as the nation’s imperial capital and remains home to some of Japan’s most treasured temples, gardens, and traditions. During the autumn season, the city transforms into a breathtaking canvas of vibrant red, orange, and golden foliage.

One of today’s highlights is a visit to Kinkaku-ji (The Golden Pavilion), one of Japan’s most iconic landmarks. Covered in gold leaf and gracefully reflected in the surrounding pond, the temple creates a stunning scene that perfectly captures the beauty and elegance of Kyoto.

The journey continues to Eikan-do Temple, widely regarded as one of the finest locations in Kyoto for viewing autumn foliage. Today’s experience is more than a typical sightseeing excursion—it is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere and natural beauty that have defined Mt. Hiei for centuries. During your visit, you will explore both the Todo (Eastern Area) and Saito (Western Area), the two principal sections of the temple complex connected by scenic forest paths.

As you walk through tranquil mountain trails surrounded by towering trees, you will experience a sense of peace far removed from the busy cities. During the autumn season, the pathways become even more enchanting as brilliant shades of red, orange, and gold decorate the landscape, creating a truly memorable setting.

To further enhance the cultural experience, you will enjoy lunch featuring Shojin Ryori, the traditional vegetarian cuisine of Buddhist monks. Prepared without meat or fish, these carefully crafted dishes highlight the natural flavors of seasonal ingredients while reflecting the philosophy and mindfulness of Buddhist culture. This simple yet flavorful dish has been enjoyed by local residents for centuries and reflects the deep cultural heritage of the region.

After discovering the remarkable history, architecture, and traditions of Nara, the journey continues to Osaka, the largest city in the Kansai region and one of Japan’s most vibrant urban centers.

As evening falls, you will once again experience the dynamic side of Japan.

Thank you! 😊

Angel Stephanie

Thank you! 😊

Thank you! 😊

Thank you! 😊

Angel Stephanie
