4. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Tokyo Fuji Kawaguchiko Matsumoto
Today marks the first day of your 6-day private tour of the Golden Ring. You are scheduled to depart from your hotel in Tokyo with our Driver & Tour Companion team.
From Tokyo, we will head to Fuji Kawaguchiko to witness the beauty of Mount Fuji against the backdrop of Lake Kawaguchiko’s captivating landscape.
Afterward, you can enjoy lunch in the Lake Kawaguchiko area.
You also have the option to take photos wearing a kimono at Iyashino Sato, with the stunning view of Mount Fuji in the background.
Following that, we will proceed to Matsumoto to continue the journey.
You can have dinner around the hotel area accompanied by our tour companion.

Day 2 Matsumoto Kamikochi Matsumoto
Today, after your breakfast, our Driver and Tour Companion team is ready to take you to Kamikochi.
Kamikochi is a beautiful and secluded mountain valley located in the Japanese Alps of Nagano Prefecture. Part of the Chubu-Sangaku National Park, Kamikochi is renowned for its stunning natural landscapes, including majestic mountains, clear rivers, tranquil lakes, and lush forests.
We will drive you to the last parking area in the Kamikochi area, where you will be accompanied by your tour companion to board a special bus to reach the destination spot.
For lunch, you can enjoy warm soba noodles in Kamikochi.
After you’ve had your fill, we will return to the Matsumoto area to visit the Daio Wasabi Farm.
Daio Wasabi Farm is one of the largest wasabi farms in Japan and a popular tourist destination. Located in Azumino, near the city of Matsumoto in Nagano Prefecture, the farm offers a unique experience for visitors to see firsthand how wasabi, a traditional Japanese food ingredient, is cultivated.
Once you’ve had enough exploration at Daio Wasabi Farm, we will return to the hotel for some rest.

Day 3 Matsumoto Alpine Route Toyama
You can have breakfast first before checking out and continuing the journey to the Alpine Route.
For the Alpine Route, this time you will be dropped off at Ogizawa Station along with your Tour Companion, then you will head to Kurobe Dam, Murodo, Midagahara, until Tateyama Station.
Our Driver & Private Car team is already waiting for you at Tateyama Station.
For lunch, you can have lunch in the Alpine Route Area.
Then, from the Alpine Route, we will continue the journey to Toyama for your overnight stay and rest.

Day 4 Toyama Kanazawa Shirakawago Takayama
Before checking out from the hotel, make sure you have breakfast before visiting Kanazawa.
In Kanazawa, we will visit one of the historical destinations, Kanazawa Castle.
Kanazawa Castle is a historic castle located in the city of Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. This castle has a long and rich history and is now one of the most popular tourist attractions in Kanazawa.
Kanazawa Castle is not only important for its history and architecture, but also for its role in preserving and promoting Japan’s cultural and historical heritage. You can enjoy a journey into the past while appreciating the beauty of the gardens and historic buildings surrounding it.
From Kanazawa, we will visit Shirakawago.

Day 5 : Takayama Kyoto
The journey from Takayama to Kyoto is quite far, so be sure to have breakfast first.
Approximately around 4.5 hours of travel, you will arrive in Kyoto.
Upon arrival in Kyoto, you can have lunch first.
After that, together with our Tour Companion team, you can stroll around and shop in the Gion district.
Gion is a historic district in Kyoto, Japan, famous as the center of geisha culture and traditional teahouses. Gion offers a distinctive sight with its historic streets, wooden traditional houses, and an atmosphere reminiscent of Kyoto’s past.
After enjoying your stroll, we will take you for dinner and check you into the hotel for rest.

From Arashiyama, we will continue to visit Fushimi Inari Taisha.
Fushimi Inari Taisha is one of the most famous Shinto shrines in Japan, located in southern Kyoto. Dedicated to Inari, the god of rice and fertility, the shrine is famous for its thousands of red torii gates that form a path along the hillside of Mount Inari.

This Tour Doesn't cover International Flights.
You Should book these flight yourself. We recommended flights that arrive around / after noon, as you can only check in to your hotel starting 15:00. If your Flight arrive in the morning, we can arrange half day tour with an additional charge of JPY 50,000 per group

Can I Customize This Tour Packages?
Ofcourse you can. We can adjust our current tour plans to match what do you wanna plan in Japan.
Which means we can add or remove some parts in itinerary to make it fit your interest better.
Changes could be things like:
- Adding more days to the tour

WISATAJEPANG only offer tour arrangements in Japan. We don't handle airfare sales. However, we will provide recommendations on your plan tour in Japan. We suggest that you procure your air tickets from thrustworthy airline.
Do You Offer Travel Insurance?
WISATAJEPANG is specialist organize private tour in Japan that can arrange land tour during in Japan. We don't provide travel insurance. We recommend that all guest obtain comprehensive travel insurance from a reputable company.
As each individual or couple has unique requirements, we cannot make specific recommendations for insurance companies.
Term And Condition
CANCELATION FEE
1. More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total price.
2. More than 20 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
3. Less than 10 days before departure: 100% of the total price.
ABOUT VISA
1. The Japanese Embassy has full authority to determine the approval or rejection of visa applications. WISATAJEPANG does not have the ability to influence this decision.
2. The Embassy of Japan may request additional documents for visa applications, and the submission of documents does not guarantee visa approval.
3. WISATAJEPANG cannot be held responsible if participants are denied entry or deported by Japanese Immigration, even if they possess a valid visa and appropriate documentation. The final decision regarding entry into Japan lies solely with Immigration authorities and cannot be contested.
4. In the event that a participant is deported from Japan or unable to enter despite holding a valid visa and having fully paid for the Japan tour packages provided by WISATAJEPANG, the payment made cannot be refunded.
5. Visa fees must still be paid, regardless of whether the visa application is approved or rejected by the respective embassy.
6. If an application is rejected after flight tickets and hotel vouchers have been issued prior to visa approval, cancellation fees for the flight tickets and hotel reservations will apply according to the policies of the airline and hotel.
7. If a participant has committed or is found guilty of an offense in Japan leading to deportation and the subsequent inability to continue the tour, WISATAJEPANG will cooperate with the authorities and no refund will be provided for the amount already paid.
